Wanna attract better relationships in your life??

Updated: Jan 14, 2022

Focus on you.

It's very oxymoronic, but it's the key. If you are searching outwardly for the solution to the voids you feel, then you're attracting all wrong! Remember, we are always attracting whether it's consciously or subconsciously. So when you're putting out this energy, you tell God and the universe to bring people into your life who also have voids and are looking for someone (YOU) to do something to fix it. That's why we end up with so many "failed relationships" because what we're expecting vs what we're putting out isn't adding up.

Genuine connection is not something that you find. You attract it. It's as simple as that. And because of that, you have to embody fully the energy that you expect in your life. Now, if you don't know what that looks like or feels like, then you have work to do, my love! It's very unhelpful to be so absorbed in getting to know someone else when you haven't taken the time to know yourself. That does nothing but connect you to more people who are in their own identity crisis, and that's essentially you attracting codependent connections that only have common ground where there are unhealthy parallels. This is not what we want.

Once you begin to take the time to explore just how beautiful you are, how deep your wisdom runs and how rich it is; how valuable your energy is, then you understand that everyone can't have access. The more you realize this in your subconscious being, the more you release the energetic language that says this is what I want and this is all that I choose to allow. It's absolutely time to place ourselves in better cycles so that we can receive all the good that God has for us.

So if you're one of those people who have been praying and trying to manifest better relationships of all kind in your life, here are some affirmations to repeat for the next 14 days to help you attract the connections you desire:

  1. I expand the capacity of my heart to receive and give love freely

  2. I am fearlessly vulnerable and authentic with every person that I meet

  3. I am safe to trust my discernment to guide me towards healthy connections and away from unhealthy ones

  4. I see myself as a being who is worthy of immense love and respect

  5. I prioritize the desires of my heart because they lead me to who and what I need

  6. All of my God-given gifts are sacred and worthy of protection

  7. I am honest with myself and others are always honest with me

  8. I readjust my view of myself and I fully accept those parts of me that I feel are flaws

  9. I release the need to pre-judge myself or others

  10. I embrace and find beauty in every part of my creation

  11. Joy and happiness are for me

  12. I live in an abundance of peace

  13. I am committed and loyal to the process of showing up for myself first

  14. I believe in and enjoy who I am

Say these twice a day for the next 14 days after you read this post

- Once in the morning when you first wake up. Please do this before you pick up your phone or any other electronic device.

- Once before bed. Allow this to be the last thing you feed to your mind and subconscious before you sleep so that it can process and absorb it while you sleep. This is when our body resets and realigns with what we truly believe.
